Environmental Geology (ERS 102) covers how humans impact and are impacted by geologic processes. This includes geologic hazards (e.g. earthquakes), environmental pollution (e.g. groundwater contamination), and climate change. An old syllabus outlining the structure of this class and topics covered may be reviewed.
Previously generated slideshows have all been converted to videos. Links to video playlists are provided below. Some of the content did not translate into videos that could be uploaded to youtube, and in a few cases, the final portion of a topic is missing. The videos are in alphabetical order with the letter indicating the last slide number. For example, if videos are labeled video_C and video_G, they would contain the first three slides, and the following four slides (G is the 7th letter in alphabet). Playlists should be viewed in alphabetical order.
